There were plenty of complaints on the subreddit, forum and directly to Nikki about the 100% eliminating certain builds.



I already posted the results thread earlier. Based on a sample size of over 100 items, rainbows went from 25% on TU10.1 to 15% on TU11. I'll note that *nobody* complaining about rainbows in TU11 has bothered to conduct a similar count. The same thing happened during PTS.

Wish more people would actually keep track of their drops instead of blindly complaining about rainbow loot.
They never said rainbow loot would disappear, just that the first attribute would have a higher chance to be the same color.

IMO 60% is to low. Should be at least 75%.

I played for about an hour and a half and after a few drops I got fed up and I decided to mess about so much I only made it to level 7 in the season in that amount of time.

I am still getting 2 reds and 1 yellow dropping on a skill piece. Thanks for that. I'm still getting drops on challenging that are equal to my build and nothing to better my build to allow me to step up a difficulty.

2 reds, 1 yellow is NOT a rainbow drop, so that means the new changes are working as intended for you.

As for drops being equal to your build, that means you hit the loot ceiling on Challenging and it means your build should be ready to step up to Heroic, as long as you have the playing skills to match it and utilize your gear properly.

Mind giving example of your current build rolls and what you are seeing as drops? That way I could give advice better!

Do I look like a fortune teller to you? How was I suppose to know the exact type of gear piece you are talking about without you specifying? You could've been talking about a piece with WD and one red and one yellow attributes for all I knew.

Why do I even bother trying to be helpful in this forum I don't know. LOL

As for why you may want such piece -- you particularly may not, but such pieces are quite helpful for Hybrid builds and there are players who enjoy them.

And i have recording o me dumping an entire heroic session loot into a vendor and most not being rainbow and actually being forced same loot, yet i bet it's magically going to be disconsidered as hard evidence, man i swear you people only focus on rainbow items.

Here's an idea, play an entire mission on heroic with a random 4 man group, pick everything up as trash and don't look at it, go the vendor and press the sell junk button, then make sure to check every item and post them all, i would love to see this crazy luck
