    So how do we fix this?

    Twice now my team has been disconnected at floor 100 of the summit. The first disconnect was "oh well we will try again". After this second time we are starting to lose faith. We do not want to have to run 91-99 again. We are burnt out. So how does this get corrected? We've dedicated over 20hrs now to playing Summit. From floor 1-100, then 91-100 again. We deserve something for this. Open up floor 100 to be accessible for us or something. Atleast do something to make it even for us.

    Sorry to see you're experiencing this.
    When you were disconnected, did you get any particular error messages/codes? Did your team all receive the same error?
