    Can’t go online

    So for over an hour I can’t go online, my PS4 and all other games are fine. My network is fine. I guess something is up with their servers but come on, I paid for a year... They should allow access to the songs without internet.. Messed up my work out routine completely!

    There was a significant problem (at least on Xbox, perhaps other platforms too) that needed to be solved, and between yesterday and today it appears to have been addressed. Online activity was probably unavailable while they were working on it. (You could always ask support to please add 1 day to your Unlimited subscription to make up for the lost time.) Happy dancing.

    I'm sorry to hear this, and I'm sorry it affected your routine.

    Greekphysics makes a good observation. Are you still unable to connect to Just Dance? I've checked our server status and everything looks fine on our side for all platforms.

    It’s good now.. But still should be able to play the songs you’ve played hundreds of times offline... again especially since I have it for a year.

    I understand what you mean. As Just Dance Unlimited is a streaming service, an internet connection is required. I'll pass this feedback regarding an offline service onto our team, though.

    This seems to be happening again today...

    EDIT: Short after it worked again.. Really wish they would allow it to not be so depending on the Ubisoft servers...

    I'm sorry to hear that you encountered this issue again recently, xxunderw0rldxx, but am glad that it resolved itself quickly. If you're seeing this occur frequently, I'd recommend ensuring that our connectivity troubleshooting for the game has been followed, to rule out any local cause for it.
