    This issue is known to the team and is being looked into, but we don't have any news at the moment.

    Could you please confirm the iPhone Model and OS version you've tried too?

    Just Dance Now and Apple TV 4K tvOS 14.6 is not working with Apple TV Remote app v. 2.2 on my iPhone XS Max 14.6 (nor did it work with 14.5) and it only intermittently works if I open the Just Dance Now app and join a room as a different user.

    Troubleshooting steps so far:
    1. deleted Just Dance Now app from my Apple TV tvOS, and reinstalled > not resolved
    2. Deleted Apple TV remove and reinstalled > not resolved
    3. Restarted Apple TV and iPhone > not resolved
    4. Deleted Just Dance Now from iPhone and reinstalled Just Dance version 4.6.0 > not resolved

    I have wi-fi and Bluetooth on, full wifi signal on both iPhone and Apple TV, no Security Software apps and no VPN.

    Ps lost my Apple TV gen 2 Siri remote so I can’t try it.

    Hey, so it looks like this is ongoing for awhile now. I’ve done a few more things to troubleshoot including renaming my Apple TV, removing and re-adding the paired iPhone as a remote and deleting all saved Just Dance caches, still no joy.

    It has to be inherent in the game bc the remote works to open the game, navigate the song library, etc.

    Do you have an estimated time frame on the fix? Otherwise I’m going to have to cancel my subscription until this is worked out.

    In addition, I set up another iOS iPhone 8 iOS 14.6 and tried with the Apple TV remote app on that iPhone, and still no joy.

    I can download the Just Dance Now app and join as a guest and that is working.
