Just bought 1 Monthly subscription and the Apple TV Remote registered my movements for the first and maybe second Dance, but after making the subscription it didn’t. The Apple TV is fully updated and I am Using my brand new Remote for an Apple TV 4K (64 GB). Hope you Can help.

Can you please advise me whether you've also tried using your mobile phone as a controller, and if that works? Would it be possible for you to record a short video showing that the remote is not functioning correctly as a controller? I'll need to check its compatibility with the game, as our website FAQ only lists the following as being compatible controllers:
Motion controller
- iPhone: iOS 10 or higher
- Android phone: Android 5.0 or higher
It worked with the included Apple Remote on the first day. Them we Signed up for the VIP subscription. Since then it has not worked at all. Neither with the Apple Remote or my iPhone 11 which is fully updated. It simply does not register any movements at all when I dance. But I Can choose songs without problems. It is only during dances that it doesn’t work.
