    Apple TV remote do no register moves

    Nor the remote of the Apple TV (4K) or the phone register any movements, I’ve tried both hands but nothing. I’m not that bad....

    I'm sorry to hear this. Just to clarify, are you encountering any connection errors at all? Or is your remote/phone simply not registering any movement made?

    I have the same problems with just Dance now and Apple TV Remote

    Just bought 1 Monthly subscription and the Apple TV Remote registered my movements for the first and maybe second Dance, but after making the subscription it didn’t. The Apple TV is fully updated and I am Using my brand new Remote for an Apple TV 4K (64 GB). Hope you Can help.

    Hey Katrine_S2020, thanks for your reply and welcome to the Ubisoft Forums!

    Can you please advise me whether you've also tried using your mobile phone as a controller, and if that works? Would it be possible for you to record a short video showing that the remote is not functioning correctly as a controller? I'll need to check its compatibility with the game, as our website FAQ only lists the following as being compatible controllers:

    Motion controller
    - iPhone: iOS 10 or higher
    - Android phone: Android 5.0 or higher

    Still doesn’t work with Apple TV Remote or iPhone 11 just updated

    It worked with the included Apple Remote on the first day. Them we Signed up for the VIP subscription. Since then it has not worked at all. Neither with the Apple Remote or my iPhone 11 which is fully updated. It simply does not register any movements at all when I dance. But I Can choose songs without problems. It is only during dances that it doesn’t work.

    As requested, would it be possible to provide a clip showing your phone being unresponsive when used as a controller?

    Can you also please confirm which version of iOS you are currently running on your iPhone 11?

    Just filmed two videos with phone and remote.

    I don’t see how to attach the videos in the reply. The Apple TV Remote worked on day 1 though. Now it doesn’t nor does the iPhone 11 with iOS 14.1.

    Same problem here

    We bought a subscription also for one month and we just the Apple TV remote to register the movement. Suddenly it would register the moves anymore. Haven't been able to play normally since.

    And now I can't update the game. It simply won't install from the app store.
