Does anyone notice that Black Prior bot must be lvl 6 or 7?! You never do two hits in a row. He do various unblockable attacks and also flips, Crazy!

still is beatable, unlike people playing with 200 ping connected to the McDonalds wifi.

All level 3 bots are harder now, they detect your input istantaneously, they are capable to react to your intent of baits cancelling their heavies at the last moment or simply interrupting you with lights or option selects, I train a lot ,in definitive they are harder to beat now, when they fail to react to you they are failing cause devs put in their AI a certain percentage of failing, before ccu most level 3 always parried your lights, now the percentage of succesfully parryng every light is much less to emulate the ccu conditions, but the "reading your mixes" patterns of them is much higher ( they are not reading you, just reacting to your control inputs).

I can beat him easilly with softfeints, dodge heavies or baits with pk, but it takes an eternity.

Yes ... Season 1-2 Hero bots are weak and you just need to spam heavy attacks. New Heroes from last season are much harder to beat.
