    New Projects Available Bug

    Hey. So I've actually had this problem for a few months now. I thought it might eventually get fixed, but that's clearly not going to happen... so here I am reporting it.
    I have a constant message of "New projects available" at the bottom left hand corner of my screen, with the little "!" mark next to it. It never goes away. I've checked all my projects and there is nothing new there... but the "!" mark and the message never go away. It has become increasingly frustrating.

    I can confirm that this is a known issue and it is being investigated.

    I can understand your frustration, however I can assure you that the dev team are working hard to fix the issues that are reported.

    They have to be able to reproduce the issue before they can work on a fix and some fixes may not be as easy as you may expect when it comes to the technical side of it. This is also a visual glitch so it will have a lower priority than some of the more serious issues that have been reported that can affect gameplay.

    I have however updated the dev team that we have received further reports of this.

    This bug annoys me, too, massively.

    Users reported in another thread that the project you can't select would be a project from the Season Pass 3 that non-owners can't see and therefore can't (de-)select. Season Pass 3 owners supposedly don't have that problem.

    This is still showing on PC also. I have not played since the bug appeared. Anytime I have a noticeable on screen bug I don't get exotics. Fix it Today is 11.14.2020

    SolidStixs - Please rest assured that the issue is still under investigation by our team. We don't have a definite time-frame in which this will be fixed. Once we have new information we will share it within the forums.

    Also facing the same issue in PC

    So the dev team have not able to fix it in Jan-21 also.....how long will it take?

    The problem is I can't see the Reply incoming call option since it is getting replaced by this bugged "New project available".

    June-4-2021.... I have the same problem now on the PS4 platform. I tried to login earlier this week and there was a maintenance event which did not allow login. Ever since this maintenance event, I have had the "new project available" notice and symbol (!) in error. The daily mission (was blue/green in color) is also gone.

    The team are aware of this and they're investigating the problem. Once we have more information to share on this, we will do so.
