So it's been 24 hours now since the disastrous launch of Season 3. Still can't get past Manhunt cutscene to actually play the game. Not a word or update from Ubi as to what they are doing or what the time frame will be.
Come on Ubi, start a thread in the announcements and tell us what the state of the fix is, are you in testing phase for the fix? are you nearly finished? are you even trying?
well at least they are aware of the mutlitude of problems, no update on where they are in fixing them thoughOriginally Posted by TOKYO_ROGUE_YT Go to original post
was there not a test server? did all these problems not arise in test server?
Holding ESC and spamming F is a workaround, but only if you acces it from a fast travel or something.
It doesn't work if you manually check it in the map.
That being said this was posted as an issue in the PTS and it didn't get fixed..
Much of our suggestions were just completely ignored all together (by the devs not the mods) so there's that.
Jesus Christ this update is a real trainwreck. Might want to just suck it up and roll back and postpone the update until you fix everything, not to mention it's a free weekend right now, maybe should have scheduled it before the update or something...? But then again, it's probably not that easy either, so they are in some real **** right now.
If they could roll back I would be fine with that. Really, releasing an update they KNOW is riddled with game breaking bugs is just idiotic.Originally Posted by Shryoss Go to original post
So what, there are some bugs in this cartoon we play. They will fix it, quit your belly-aching. I don't get the impatience! If you guys are not satisfied with Ubisoft, then quit playing! No need to broadcast your dissatisfaction with them handling the bugs, threatening to quick playing, and then never leave. Don't just threaten to leave and then you never leave. Just go already!
The bugs will be fixed soon enough. Adding code for new mechanics to games sometimes has unintended consequences. So for those that have bashed the dev team over their coding, why don't you go start your own company and show them how it is done. Hell, if your are as good as your complaint of their coding leads me to believe you are with coding games, I will be a customer.
