Summit is a good idea but needs work + Suggestions
There are a few issues with skyscrapper

1. Visually speaking it is terribly unappealing.
If you ever actually went into an American Skyscrapper ( no idea about other countries but I am guessing they are the same ) you will notice some floors are focused on business others are focused on entertainment, some floors are public. Some Floors are even Gardens ( for the LEED rating )
Massive should follow the same philosophy and diversity the floors to have a "Theme"
Suggestions:
- Food Court
- RnD
- Buisness
- Meeting Halls
- Office Rooms
- Arcade
- etc
2. Spawns
Spawns mechanics are really big issue in some areas where enemies spawn right at the objective likes hacking terminals. The problem here is you have to spend time activating the laptop. If a group of enemies spawn as you are doing it you instantly die from Burst damage at higher difficulties. There needs to be a Logical Spawn mechanic instead of just spamming all doors with enemies
3. Bugs
Invisible Walls, Invisible Doors, Enemies running around inside doors ( at least doors stay open so not a big issue )
4. Directives need to be unique for Sky Scrapper
Using the same old directives doesn't make it fun, there was a ton of opportunity to add a lot of unique Directives that would work insanely well for Skyscrapper.
Room Filling with Toxic Gas and need to shut off Valves
Bombs placed on floor that need to be Disabled
Fire spreading that you need to find the water valve and hit the sprinklers
5. Missed Opportunity to show off an amazing City View through windows
Being able to look through a window to see a massive City scape would have added a ton of ambience to the Kacki wall architecture.
