The talent needs a rework. Everything within 10 meters is generally dead. Not shot then left to bleed. It's an awkward talent to use. Should be something like, when an enemy is shot, bleed spreads to all enemies within 10 meters of HIM. Right now it's just not a talent I'd use over spotter, obliterate, intimidate, etc......

At the moment, the Memento is absolutely best-in-slot for any CQ and even skill build. The Ridgeway is sub-optimal to the Memento, as it competes with the CQ buffs that the Memento offers, but I suspect that it will get buffed, as MANY people have suggested changes to it, which seem very reasonable. Personally, I'd like to see a multiplier attributed to the bleed, like 2x - 5x, based on stacks, such as we have with other gear pieces. Currently, bleed is far weaker than burn, but unless you buff bleed altogether, then perhaps they could add a multiplier to the bleed talent. Also, I'd suggest a higher than 1% buff to armor regen for 1 enemy, increasing it to at least 3%, to match the long-term buffs that would receive from all 30 stacks of the Memento.
