I give up. I'm selling all of my resistance mods because I have too many of everything I don't want and they're clogging up my mod inventory. I was so excited by this game in March 2019. This development cycle is worse than Division 1 and that's saying something. What happened to, "We learned from our mistakes?" This is ridiculous, you knew about this before it went live and still updated the game knowing this bug was in the code. I've been playing DIv 1 a lot recently and there are plenty of improvements in Div 2 that I appreciate but the constant cycle of bugs being introduced and slow, lackluster response to fixing those bugs makes it difficult to enjoy playing and sometimes difficult to play at all.

    Hey there guys!

I apologise for the delayed update. I've checked in with the development team regarding this issue, and they're still investigating further.

If possible, would you please be able to provide images from before and after the mods changed? This will help us to take a closer look.

    Thanks!

I know you're just doing your job, but this is a ridiculous request. How would we even remotely be able to provide the screenshots you're asking for? Unless people played the PTS, they would have zero expectation or concern that their blue mods were going to get rerolled.

Very few people are going to have screenshots from before. I don't have a time machine and I can't go back to the past to take a screenshot of something that changed without warning (and if I had a a time machine, this is not what I would waste my time doing). The best I can do is tell you which Blind/Deaf resistance mods I had listed in my tracking sheet.I couldn't be bothered to fully document the changes because there were so many that I literally gave up.

    Blind/Deaf Resistance
    Before
    One 9.8, one 9.3, one 9.1, one 9.0, eight 8.7.

    After
    One 9.3, one 9.1, one 9.0, ten 8.8, one 8.7, eight 8.6, five 8.3.

I went from 12 of these particular mods to 27. This happened with almost all my blue mods, which I had quite a few of. I lost some max level mods and many of my higher level mods were replaced with lower level mods I don't want or need. I don't have time or inventory space to wait another 3 months just to find out they can't be reverted. So I sold every resistance mod lower than 9.5 and called it a day.

Honestly, it's a slap in the face for the people who spent time earning their mods because this issue was known about before the game was updated and could have been fixed before it caused problems in the live game. That didn't happen and it's inexcusable, but sadly par for the course at this point.
