I have this pulsing light on my watch icon in the menu it’s driving me crazy , also showing this symbol ! In orange like I have any points to distribute but I don’t .I have video of it but don’t know how to upload in here

Anyone know what’s going know why this is happening? Any response from Ubisoft ? Division team is that just a bug if so it’s annoying as hell .

I have 570 odd unspent scavenger points on my watch, I thought that's why it was now pulsing.
I don't craft anything, I don't buy anything from the vender... The scavenger points are literally more useless then the transmog feature.
