Hello! I have been having this problem when my game crashen everytime I come to moving to battle on the loading screen. I have done many solutions wich have not worked. Can someone help me.

Hello! Yes I have a shortcut and that is what I use to open it. My PC Specs are:

Cpu : AMD ryzen 5 3600
Gpu: Rog strix 2060 oc
Motherboard: Rog strix B450-F gaming
pcu: 750 voltage (don't remember the brand)
DirecX version: DirectX 12
Soundcard : NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device.

Sorry to hear that has not solved your issue.

Are you able to upload your DXDiag and MSinfo to the support website?

The team can use these files to try and determine what could be causing the crash.
