I am appauled by the lack of direction and information I have received for my case regarding memberberry farm bucket glitch. I keep getting automated responses about how its no longer in their hands and to check on the forums for answers. WHERE on the forums? WHEN? Will i be receiving an email or is it just up to make to scavenge your forums to find my issue at some random point in the future. I demand direct answers. It has already been several weeks regarding this issue and I have heard radio silence until I prodded again. This is unacceptable customer support.
