I've seen how the upgrade of the ps3 games for the ps4 worked.
The good news is that now I've finally understood how the free upgrade works.
The bad news is that I haven't a wireless connection at home and I don't how to download it when I'll get my ps5.
So I've made this discussion to analize how much gigabytes I need to use the game and I hope it is a little number.
Origins on PS4 was 44 GB.
Odyssey on PS4 was 49 GB
On that basis, I'm guessing Valhalla will be around 54 GB on PS4 (seems rational).
Assuming the PS5 has a few additional pretty textures, it could be 60 GB or a good deal more up to 100 GB.
Download sizes aren't getting smaller.
I'm sure someone will share the PS4 and PS5 sizes once they become known.
If what you say is true, this upgrade won't be so free because of the money I must spend for the connection.Originally Posted by SofaJockey Go to original post
Much depends on where you live and the broadband facilities in your country.Originally Posted by cap.cla Go to original post
If you have a broadband without download caps, the matter becomes straightforward (even where the speed is slower) but this is far from being a universal situation.
Nevertheless 4k gaming comes at a price and part of that price is larger file sizes.
I live in Italy and we have a lot of agencies with contracts for the broadband, but I haven't had a broadband at home yet.Originally Posted by SofaJockey Go to original post
I use only the internet of my phone.
So or I must made a contract for a broadband or I must go to the home of a friend with a broadband at home.
Maybe because of this reason I'm a bit happy of the fact that I preordered the ps5 when there weren't more stocks.
Yes i believe that is possible and i think some moderators can do stuff like that.Originally Posted by cap.cla Go to original post

It doesn't have importance to know who changes the title.
Like you can see I have bigger problems about valhalla.

I can only hope that the file size will be revealed soon and it will be small.
Anyhow again thanks for the previous answer.
