    Will PS5 play with PS4?

If I missed it in the other threads I apologize. I have been trying to find if the backwards compatibility will allow Division 2 players on PS5 to play with Division 2 players on PS4? Some in my group of friends that play have preorders in and others do not. I would think they would since it’s available as backwards compatibility versus an enhanced version, but wasn’t sure.

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 will be backwards compatible on both the Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5, allowing you to play The Division 2 on the new generation of consoles. In addition, players on the Xbox One can play with those on the Xbox Series X/S. The same applies for players on the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation 5.

Its my understanding that DIV 2 players on PS4 will be able to group up with DIV 2 players on PS5 assuming SONY doesn't implement something that changes that between now and then.
