INTRO
Right, so I think everyone with at least 2 brain cells can work out that Aramusha received the girthiest shaft from the CCU and is now arguably one of if not the worst heroes in FH right now (only the irrefutable and godly "Data" may be able to prove otherwise). While the new fashion is a very good and welcome addition to the character it is important that he receives some kind of overhaul or buff in order to give a reason to pick him over any other hybrid in the game other than "he looks cool".
CURRENT ISSUES
So let's get into the meat of it, here's a brief list of issues with the character that I'm going to attempt to suggest fixes to:
- Ludicrously expensive zone attack for what it offers
- No functional roll/dodge-catching tools (dodge forward+top+side heavies all fall short)
- No reliable opener (offence locked behind defense similar to pre-buff orochi)
- Heavies and Deadly feign slowed down by CCU allowing the opponent to reaction punish if Aramusha goes for a chain finisher i.e: his primary kit. More on this can be found HERE
SUGGESTED FIXES
So now that we're aware of some of the issues surrounding the character lets take a look at some potential fixes keeping balancing in mind:
Fixes to issue #1
-Easy option, reduce stamina consumption from 60 to 30+10 for feigning
or
-Harder (but better) option, give Aramusha the option to soft-feign the unblockable portion from left to right after the initial feign window passes and gain hyper armour just before the hit (otherwise youll be hit out every time) but keep the stamina drain creating a better mixup for the sheer magnitude of stamina this move consumes.
Fixes to issue #2
- Keep top-heavy dash the exact same. Increase speed of side-heavy dashes + add the undodgeable property but remove the option to feign it for balance reasons (looking at you Warmongers!).
Fixes to issue #3
- A, After a zone attack, let him chain into a right side finisher heavy (so he can deadly feign back into his combos).
or
- B, First neutral light attack given superior property (no bouncing on block) would allow him to get into his deadly feign combo to begin with at the very least.
Fixes to issue #4
- Either A give Aramusha hyper armour as soon as he deadly feigns (a poor option as this is more berserkers identity)
or
- B Allow Aramusha to soft feign his top-heavy finishers into blade blockade very early into the animation. (Proven to be effective in the video linked, also preserves character identity).
SUMMARY
I personally believe that these would be the best possible enablers toward making Aramusha a competitive character again but I would love to hear other players thoughts, I've been with this game since beta launched and have over 5000 hours on record on my main account invested into this game, I'm rep 14 on Aramusha so still learning though I do consider myself experienced overall but I still want to hear from the Musha mains out there, thoughts?. I mean you're objectively wrong, the last 2 heroes to be buffed were Orochi and highlander. The knights actually got nerfed more so than buffed lately. Sure the last big rework was centurion but that doesn't really mean anything since besides that no other knight hero has been touched for many seasons.
Are we playing the same game here? I'm assuming that you're either trolling or on a console just from that statement alone in which case RIP I'm sorry for you maybe next-gen will fix your issues.
Many of the samurai have been at the bottom of the data charts for multiple seasons with the exception of Hitokiri, Shugoki, and Kensei. On top of this most longterm players also rank Aramusha as currently being the lowest hero on the tier list for duels (ultimately a character is useless if they can't even win a 1v1 fight.)

To answer your specific concerns,
Musha has the standard amount of health, the same as 70% of the roster in for honor (that being 4.5 bars/120 hitpoints).
Concerning speed, he recently got heavily nerfed in that department. not sure if you've been online since the CCU hit but Aramusha currently has some of the slowest heavies in for honor.
Even if the lights are your issue with his speed remember his were never orochi or pk speed to begin with, so yet again they are standardized and consistent with the other heroes.

sidenote no not console but i play against bots and find myself dying more by a level 2 aramusha then any other hero siding by orachi and kensai
to be honest i dont really hate orchi or kensai they make the most sense to me but aramusha both has all guard and his current speed is unblockable and staggerly so it makes it so unplayable when the only thing you get is spammed by him or even to be honest conq as they seem to be the number two spammy people currently in the game
this excluding assassin's which i feel should be able to take out a solo target but not multi
