    Drone killswitch

    Hi everyone,

Just a quick gameplay suggestion for everyone to rail on..

Include in the game a drone kill-swith, which automatically shuts down - either permanently or for 10 minutes all drones in the area. The Wasps, the rovers, the little flashy police trash cans on wheels etc. Even the Behemoth.

That killswitch could either be on a commander in the middle of the base, or on a computer in the middle of the base - think fortified position!

i.e. you can infiltrate in, do the mission, neutralise the drones and exfil out.

Think generators cut for the lights, deactivation for the turrets and mortars and kill-switch for the drones.

Or if you want super stealth difficulty you could make it INTERROGATING a commander, and then using the codes on the kill-switch..

Could even make it so it drops Azrael drone from the sky..

Or my personal favourite - turn off the drone swarm allowing us to get to Golem Island to explore, open crates and not team-kite giant robots.

Hate on the idea all you want - or promote if you like the idea. Just try to keep all you unrelated negativity out..

I like this idea. Not having consistent options to take down the drones stealthily, is one of the last things from making Breakpoint the great game it should've been from the start.

Yes - precisely the reason for my suggestion. Totally kills stealth when they can't be one-shotted, explode and make noise..

Who's going to argue that turning off the generator at night isn't stealth? So same thing for the drones, why not?

(A less stealthy option would be to reprogram their friend or foe software, and have them go rogue..)
