Anyone here actually have any positive experience with Ubisoft support? I've opened several support cases over the years and have found the support to the practically non-existent. It appears that they have an automated system the replies with knowledge-base articles matched via a key-word search. They have never resolved any issue I've brought to their attention.
It is due to this lack of support that I will be looking elsewhere for games in the future.
