After coming back for this update I found that I unironically really enjoy this game. It isn't perfect, but with some heavily modified settings and self imposed challenges I came out with a really quite immersive and fun experience. I think the devs are slowly heading in the right direction, so why not give them a nudge and talk about some things that would improve my experience in the game.

1) Stocks are cool, and I know it is sorta hard to balance 14 or so new weapon parts, but seriously make them all a bit more unique. Right now all the stocks are either no bonus, -7% horizontal recoil, -5% vertical recoil, or +7% ads speed. Give some stocks de-buffs. Make each modifier slightly different. As it is there doesn't seem to be much of a point besides cosmetics.

2) Option to remove player marker on Tacmap. It's not huge but it would be really cool to actually have to navigate with landmarks. It is a rather hardcore idea but for people like me who enjoy that it would be awesome.

3) Change patrol logic. If I am not spotted in an area, helicopter flybys make little sense. Make it so that if a soldier manages to get his "hostile contact" shout out the player gets a hunted status. Not like the azrael, instead this means that the nearest base spawns a patrol to hunt the player. A helicopter could spawn, a couple cars could drive down the road and drop off some foot-soldiers, nearby patrols and the random guys in the woods could start moving towards the place where the player was spotted. This would make the open world a lot more alive and would make the player think carefully about every engagement, even the random guys in the woods. To take it even further have a radio check event every few minutes and if a patrol is dead they send a slightly larger patrol to investigate.

4) Option to remove bivouacs from the intel pool. I think that giving the player a fast travel point before they get there is bad, it makes the map feel disconnected and trivializes exploration. If you want to replace it with something good then the intel should give rough directions for the player to follow, like the missions if you have the game on exploration mode.

5) Speed controls for PC. I might be going crazy but it feels like movement speed has been increased a bunch since last time I played. It would be nice to have a button to increase/decrease speed by a bit, similar to tarkov. Heck just throw in the tarkov scroll to change movement mechanic and that would be awesome.

I know that some of these are probably not feasible but that is my GRB wishlist as of now. 3-5 are really probably not going to happen, but I can dream anyways. Hope to see this game continue to improve, good work so far.
