Preorder Delivery Question
I just preordered Just Dance 2021 (Xbox) through the Ubisoft Store. Along the way, one of the pages said, "Free delivery on release day." Does that mean you still have to pay for shipping, but that there isn't any additional charge to have it delivered on release day? When I went through checkout, it charged me $9.99 for standard shipping. This seems a bit confusing, so I thought I would ask... (The other thing that's confusing is that it says you can save 20% on most items with 100 points, and I have way more than 100 points, yet I never saw the option to save the 20%. If this game wasn't eligible for the discount, it would be nice if a message stated this on the screen, or if the offer just didn't show up when trying to purchase an item that isn't eligible. It's confusing to see a message and then not see the option come up.) But I'm looking forward to JD 2021.

Hey greekphysics!
I took a deeper look into this and the text you mentioned is in reference to one of the deals we have on our store that offers free shipping on orders over $80. I understand how this can be confusing so we are working on clearing that up!
There are some limitations for the 20% off code and one of those is on pre-orders/new titles. Once a game is out for 3 months, it is no longer considered a new game and the discount can be used.

That explanation makes sense. Thanks. It feels good to hear that I'm not "missing out" on anything. Fortunately, I'm a big fan of Just Dance and was going to buy the game "no matter what."
