Shinobi is also the most versatile hero in FH. His hit and run tactics leave less reason for him to be given a large health pool as most of the time he has a good amount of distance btw himself and his opponent. Take Lawbringer as his polar opposite (no versatility and the largest health bar) makes sense. He kinda sets the terms for an engagement when he pleases as he is highly mobile and excels in causing wif punishes on attacks and gbs. Also has the quickest strafing. It is just a great nuisance when he faces a character with a undodgeable. I also noticed than we he backwards smoke dashes he gets interrupted with a gb while about10 ft away which is pretty crazy. I played Shinobi quite a bit before I quit a couple wks ago and I found that he requires the ability to outthink your opponent and be very diverse with your move set instead of just picking a broken hero like HL for example. Rushdown characters and heros with undodgeables are his weakeness. Mostly every hero has a counterpick tho. I don't think he is nearly as bad as he was made out to be by a lot of players. You just have to be very patient and smart in your engagements. Unlike PK who is in desperate need of help.
I am a pk main, and while she indeed desperately need help, there is one character whom she absolutely destroys, and that is Shinobi.Originally Posted by Rasboy29 Go to original post
She is fast enough to catch Shinobi if he runs (Shinobi is the cheetah, Pk is the leopard- slower on short distance, but faster on the longrun). Her offense actually works, has a bit more hp, and up close, Shinobi can't do a thing to her (kick is reacteble, no softfeint etc.). Pk also has extreme gb punish, and she will get it a lot.Originally Posted by Rasboy29 Go to original post
I am probably one of the most vocal players when it comes to buffing pk, who is absolutely horrible now, but Shinobi is even one step below that.
Just because PK can do great against Shinobi doesn't mean Shinobi is worse in general. PK is completely trash as a character with no bashes or unblockables. (isn't she the only one without either) This alone puts her on the bottom because that leaves her with only lights and heavies and one mixup. Her dmg is down the trash. Shinobi had a wide range of options if you were diverse with his moveset. One particular tactic that probably a lot of people didn't know was that entering your smoke dash than using a ranged Gb or Heavy is an expert way to catch a dodging opponent and even get his optimal damage. He has a flurry of options after landing a kick as well. Also the most versatile hero in strafe and dash. I still think he is underrated. Also doesn't use bleed like PK which isn't the greatest status effect because you can still kill your opponent while bleeding which she relies on a lot for dmg.
to be fully honest you dont really need those but i do feel like some people in the current run up are just to plain and dont really have much going for them i think my biggest complaint without taking into consideration op status would be warlord and for the op well im looking at you samurai you ******g speedy sonic
"stares at amerishu" yes i cant be bothered to spell his name right because he be stupidly annoying hell he aint even a assassin yet that ***** gets all guard and sonic speed attacks da **** devs
Even worse is kensei now i will say i do like how he fights i still find him abit annoying to counter as he can just swap attacking angles at any moment he wants
and well the most understandable orci cant really spell his name without opening the game but i think you get it his ability to just stab you after deflecting is stupidly annoying yet its semi understandable for an assassin type so i dont really complain unless your in my match ^_^
Did you just complain about Aramusha being op. IN WHAT WORLD!!!speedy sonic
"stares at amerishu" yes i cant be bothered to spell his name right because he be stupidly annoying hell he aint even a assassin yet that ***** gets all guard and sonic speed attacks da **** devs
