    Since the Shadow Legacy update my game has had several issues. I play on Xbox and since the update dropped I got the message where my game disc wouldnt start and it would say game took too long to start so I just decided to buy a digital copy and this problem stopped but instead on about every other game my sound cuts out and later my game freezes. this is especially frustrating in a ranked game where I have to try to start my game up as fast as I can so I dont get banned. I have deleted the game and downloaded it again and the problem has not resolved.

    I'm sorry to read you are still affected by this issue, it sounds like the one we tried to fix with a hotfix. I would like to keep this thread open for the time being, to see if reinstalling worked for other players.

    In the meantime, I'd like to suggest power-cycling the Xbox, if you haven't done so already. Here you go: https://support.ubisoft.com/Faqs/000026628/

    That will clear the cache; always worth a try.

    I reinstalled the game after patch and it looks like everything is working fine now but if anything happens Ill update everyone on this thread

    Game freezes

    Every game I have this issue. My game sound will cut out and then about 20 seconds later my game will freeze and I will have to reset my game. I have tried uninstalling it but nothing has fixed it. I have also tried a different account. so I dont know what to do anymore.

It was fixed for a brief amount of time but ever since the Halloween update got released recently it has been happening to me again and ruins my experience playing the game. Please Ubi look into this glitch and fix it as its ruining the game for me and the other people who are experiencing it.

    Sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

    Can I check what platform you are playing on?

    When did you first notice this happening?

    Does anything in particular trigger this?

    Hey guys,

    Sorry to hear that this has returned for you.
