Can I ask that you record a video showing the audio cutting out please? Once done please provide that video here so we may investigate further.

Yes i tried the troubleshooting steps , and they say everything is fine but it still crashes

I'm terribly sorry to hear that, Chilakil128. I would be more than happy to gather some information and pass it along to the relevant teams for further review. At what point specifically does the game crash? Do you notice any errors or messages before or after the crashing? Did you only notice this after the initial Y5S3 patch?

It starts happening always at the second game I play, the first one i ca play normal, it will just happen at any point in the gameplay, it doesn't show any messages it just freezes and i have to close the app, and it only happened after de new season patch dropped and i play rainbow since dust line

Hello JayGuards, we have been told that this issue was fixed in a hotfix patch on the 9/10/2020

I’m still experiencing it even after patch. Please i just wanna play a full game of siege

This has happened to me as well several times during this season, most of the times in club house. It even has happened to me two times in one game, during prep fase and spectating even.

I went from gold 2 to silver 2 because I kept crashing.

Thanks for your reports. Can I ask you all to attempt a fresh installation of the game please? We need to verify that the issue definitely persists after the latest hotfix that was pushed a few days ago which was intended to resolve the issue. If we can confirm that it does then we'll inform the development team the issue is still present.
