Siege audio cuts before crashing Xbox One

    Hi guys,

Since the new update I haven't been able to get siege to run on Xbox One.

I have a disc but there's no damage to it.

Managed to get into a game but it crashed at drone stage.

    Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Played three games and on the forth lost audio for 20 seconds before the game freezes.

Quit out and get an error message saying the game is taking too long to respond.

Run full power cycle and go through the same thing...

    Any help?

    Still happening

    Hi guys,

Any update on this yet, I'm still getting the same issue.

Had it working well for a few games but then fell back to audio cutting 30 seconds prior to the game crashing.

Must have forfeited close to 10 ranked games now through crashing...

    Refund

Ubisoft who do I talk to about a refund for this years season pass? The game is broken, there has been no fix, no contact, nothing.

    Not fit for purpose.

The only industry you can sell a broken product and think you can get away with it not working.

    Fix?

Have they fixed this problem yet?
I return to this game after a month and I have this issue
Do you know a fix or something to resolve it yet?

At what point is the crash happening for you, XSkullfire49?

If you haven't already I'd advise running through the troubleshooting here, as this helps with game crashes in Siege.

    Thanks!

[XB1] Game audio cuts out and then the game freezes / crashes

The game is literally unplayable for me. Every game it happens and there's nothing I can do about it. I restarted the game, my xbox, and uninstalled and reinstalled. This only started happening after shadow legacy. Console players matter too ubi.

Hi comfyninja6932, thank you for getting in contact about this.

What are you doing in the game when your game suddenly freezes?

I have heard of the game crashing on Xbox recently on the but the Siege team have since reported this as fixed on the 17th.

Has this happened to you in the last two days since the fix and if so have you reinstalled the game in the last two days since the hotfix as this was reported to solve the issue.

The audio cutting out has not been mentioned previously with the recent crashes.

I'll just be playing the game and my audio would cut out and then my game would just freeze. In game, I could be doing anything when it cuts out. Reinforcing, walking, shooting, running, the audio would just disappear entirely. And around 30 seconds after this, my game would freeze and I'd be forced to restart. The last time this happened was yesterday. I'll try reinstalling again and get back to you.
