The problem with Hitokiri's forward-dash heavy
Once Hitokiri lost hyper armour on heavy openers, this change also seems to have applied to the forward dash heavy, a move usually used to close distance. Because this move is relatively slow, has a noticeable windup, and cannot be cancelled, it is very easy to parry when done from neutral. Because of this, it was primarily used by players to trade when closing distance, choosing to throw this move when predicting that the opponent was also going to do a distance closer. However, without the hyper armour now, this cannot happen. Faster moves will always knock Hito out of the dash. Giving hyper armour to this move only would not be unprecedented considering how other characters, such as Berserker and Centurion, are given armour on their forward jump attacks to make up for their slow speed. I therefore propose that Hitokiri's forward dash heavy should be treated the same as Centurions: given hyper armour to allow for trades, as well as counting as a chain starter. While the latter suggestion is not required to make this move viable again, it would make it's mechanics consistent with Centurion's. At the very least however, adding armour to this move is absolutely necessary. While I understand the rationale for removing armour from Hito's neural heavies, it does not apply fairly to this particular move due to it's slow start and inability to be feinted.
