Apparently when you change the look of one item on a certain loadout it changes in all loadouts...this new patch literally is dumb for that. You cant have a different looking character with the same gear perks anymore....If you want to use the same perk stats in all loadouts everything has to look the same or you make 3 different perk gear stat loadouts separately...I just wasted steel to figure this **** out.

This is good to know. I hope it's a bug because that literally ruins the point of having different loadouts.
