    Character

    he was a level 30 male, had just progressed to world tier 1. Against the tusk. He wore a blue berret and had a chopper mustasche . All gold weaponry and armour.

    Your case has not been submitted yet.

    Before we can do this could you please go to https://support.ubi.com and login to your account. Once you have logged in click on the menu button in the top right corner of the screen and select 'My Cases'. Click on case reference 12771561 and then add the following information to your case:

    CHARACTERS MISSING:
    ARE ANY CHARACTERS HARDCORE CHARACTERS?:
    LAST TIME ACCESSED:
    ESTIMATED PLAYTIME:
    CHARACTER LEVEL:
    ESTIMATE OF XP:
    DARKZONE LEVEL:
    GEAR SCORE:

    I understand you provided some of the information previously however some of it was missing, please answer all of those in the same format.

    Once we have received this we will escalate it to The Division 2 team to investigate.
