This USA is easily the worst faction ingame, my friend and I found a way to make them balanced.
Replace willys with EBR for $5. The willys is pretty bad and should be replaced with the french EBR so USA can compete with other factions recon, especially the U.S.S.R recon!
The M16 is a horrible AA unit, and cannot destroy any planes. This unit should be replaced with the wirbelwind. However $15 is overpriced for the wirbelwind which will have no research. Should be for free, so USA can finally kill a plane.
The Pershing being a pretty bad tank and being way to slow needs to be replaced with a new tank. This tank shall be a like a maus, but will be $25 and have the speed of 39km/h like the Italy prototank, America should be able to be as fast as Italy and have tanks good enough to counter a German tiger tank. The super Pershing is replaced with a Wolfy nuke.
The jackson is a horrible unit. It is worse ingame for sure. There is many improvements needed for this crappy unit they even call a Tank Destroyer. The Jackson should be no research 10$ like the Laffly. This is still overpriced imo. Need speed to 47km/h and have armour 5.
The Artillary is to lightly armoured! Should be cheaper aswell. The new unit should be a nuke artillary. But installed inside a sturmtiger, $25 research or no research will help just fine.
USA research times take to long! They should be less time. If all these improvements are made USA will finally be a useable faction against the OP British, ITA and especially OP Germany!

US Infantry inexplicably costs just as much as every other nations' infantry. This is ridiculous. US produces faster for cheaper, and has units that are on par if not better than the other nations' counterparts. Lacking this trait in the infantry seems like a major oversight. Eugen please fix this, US infantry is very clearly underpowered. Replace them with Chuck Norris and maybe then it will be fixed. Make it an unlockable unit or something with uplay.

they should have a I won WWII ruse which cost you $200 but you win the game instantly. Germany should have a french r chicken ruse where all the french unit surrender and Germany unit can one shot them with all the French unit in route mode. Italian should have a y am I in WWII ruse where they get replace by Germany 3 min into the game. English have a need USA or lose ruse where the English ally get replace with USA faction and they instant receive unlimited Money. French should have a I love to turtle ruse where they can instant build 50 bunker for $1 but of them can only attack on one side. Russian have a ruse called crazy Russian winter that calls in snow storm that kill 50% of all enemy unit within it and instantly convert all you money to infantry in a 1-1 ratio.

I'm going to quit this game until they make sure these blatant problems are fixed.

U forgot the Russian VODKA unit, it gives infantry incerdible fighting capabilities, much more range and due to drunker drivers that are reckless a speek of 100km/h.
Also Italy should have Pizza ruse. It replaces normal shells for the arty. So it shoots the pizza, and the enemy soldiers will eat it and so grow enormously fat :P thus reducing the movement speed
Germany should have a Bratwust RUSE, this RUSE is perhaps the most awesome ruse in the whole game: it makes you able to build a bratwurst stand which is indestructible, the enemies will come closer to investigate and they will eat the Bratwurst, but the Bratwurst makes you addicted so the whole enemy army will rely on you, and in order to gain enough bratwurst, they enemy must switch team
The French should have a SMELLY CHEESE ruse, every unit in the game will smell the awefull stench and will commit suicide, you win :P
The British are of course OP so they will have a ruse that is not that good, they have got CAKE AND TEE!
This RUSE will last in a timeout for all British players, cuz they have got to drink their tea and eat their cake.
And last but not least the USA should have the Microsoft RUSE, this will insta kill all the enemy units that use electronics (tanks, airplanes) also it kills your radio, so you cant communicate with your units till you got a bugfix, this will take 5 mins, in this 5 mins you can see very nice Microsoft propaganda, the BSOD "oh my god its beautiful" and you can see a countdown timer.
Also this nice mic propaganda will give Eugen some money to develop a DLC :P
