A new GeForce RTX 30 Series Bundle has been announced which comes bundled with a digital copy of Watch Dogs: Legion for PC, if you're interested. Additionally, the game will support ray-traced reflections and NVIDIA’s DLSS Ultra Performance mode, built to accelerate 8K gaming.
Cheers!

Looking at the specs, I notice that the max VRAM for each type of settings is the max for the chosen graphics card.
Does that mean that the numbers are there only to appease the graphics cards? Or will the game ACTUALLY require such volumes?
I'm also asking this because the RTX 30 series comes with the Watch Dogs bundle, and the 3070 has only 8 GB VRAM, but is reportedly twice better than the 2080ti, therefore I can only assume that the game will need 6-7 GB of VRAM to look nice and pretty.
Please comment on this!
I've already got an I-core 9, top ram, top Vram, 8 terrabytes of storage and everything else high end on my PC, except for my graphics card. I'll just play on high setting until my computer tech guru orders an Nvidia RTX 3080 when they are in stock from his supplier, which might not be until January or February of 2021. I'm ok with playing oh high settings until then, because any other graphic card update from what I have, is just not worth it. Patience while waiting for the best Nvidia card on the market is a good plan.
By the way, I have already heard horror stories and read negative articles about the 8k Nvidia 3090, as it was tested and actually reduced the framerates per second to bellow 60 on some games. I'll pass on that technology for now. Just a warning for everyone. Take it with a grain of salt if you like. Happy gaming all!
Honest question, is this game truly optimized for the PC unlike Watch Dogs 1 and 2 which weren’t. Or will this be a situation that with my Ryzen 9 3900X, RTX 2080 Super, 32GB DDR4 3200 MHz RAM and name drive, the game wouldn’t even be able to hit 60fps at 1080p.
More than system requirements, as we have seen those in the previous games, we need to see how well optimized this game truly is on PC.

I'm a little confused - the table on this post says that 4K/Ultra works on a Radeon VII (which I have), but it's not listed on the diagram on the store page - have the requirements changed such that my card isn't enough for 4K/Ultra now? If so, what level of detail should I expecting from my card?
