Doesn't matter your LVL... the amount remain the same LOL. Who da F designed this game... i had 15 purple npc's at DZ1 , 15 !!! Now.. yes.. i am not a new player... but jeez... i need to use 4 medkits to exact my stuff. No wonder when i reach an extraction with hope to hijack... 80% of the time players are already dead.
Back when I first started going into the DZ to extract I had a strategy that worked pretty well.
Call an extraction then run off and let the npcs come. Stay back half a block or so and see if anyone shows up.
If there's no action ( other agents extracting or rogues ) I would inch up, 30 seconds or less, depending on how far or close I am to the extraction, I would toss the gas charged seeker mines close to the rope, while all the npcs are confused I would put my bag on the rope and bolt, easy.
If playing the Striker build, having all the npcs around comes in handy to getting stacks.

Keep in mind... i barely have problem with 'em... (i taped 5k hours on ps4 already)
But now i play on pc and have been lvl up 2 new charactere. Like i said... years ago, i don't remember having so much npc's at DZ1 DZ2 and DZ3. Call me a veteran (that's how they like to say) but for those new players it's a pain, for real... most of the time they don't make it 😂
I know in DZ 1 at the abandoned gas station extraction there can be lots of action from the npcs.Originally Posted by TOKYO_ROGUE_YT Go to original post
It also could be from the failed extraction attempts prior to you getting there. I know that some show up every time a flare is fired to extract.
I've had this in Survival DZ extractions. Previous people have died at the hands of the Hunters. I get there and there are multiple hunters. My record is 7 at one extraction zone and I was solo. I got all 7 and extracted with literally seconds left. On the plus side that achievement popped for extracting with less than 30 seconds on your sepsis timer. I have also seen teams run into an extraction zone, fire their flare, then leave. Then, some unsuspecting sap comes along and gets killed by the hunter. Then, later the team comes back buy and siphons up all the loot left behind.
