    Thank you for reporting this, I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to purchase Just Dance Unlimited in-game!

    Are you all encountering this via Nintendo Switch?

    If so, do you encounter any particular error messages alongside this code?

    Could you please also try purchasing the Unlimited Pass via the E-shop directly if you are on Switch
    - Open the E-Shop (on your Switch console)
    - Search for Just Dance 2020 (or your relevant title)
    - Scroll down in the game's listing and look for a button for 'Passes'
    - Just Dance Unlimited should be available to purchase as a Pass

    Please give this a try and let us know if you have any success or if there are any changes

    Error 2811-6003

    I have my switch console, with switch online and I had the free version, but now that I want to pay for the service, it does not allow me, I get the error code 2811-6003. In the same way, I tried to locate it as recommended from the e.shop, but it does not appear. I hope you can help me and I thank you in advance for your attention to this message.

    Hey Vanila99, could you please make sure your Nintendo Switch is set to the Primary console in its settings and that you are using the main Nintendo account, without any parental restrictions to be sure?

    Could you also check that your software and region is supported by following Nintendo's guide here and clicking on the Software Released button on the webpage -

    Error Code: 2811-6003

    Our free trial worked fine. When I purchased a Nintendo Switch Online membership, the game will not recognize the subscription.

    Yes, the switch is set to primary (I went so far as to de-register and re-register the device)

    Just Dance 2020 does not show up in the Nintendo e-Shop.

    When I go through the game to activate, I get the "Error Code: 2811-6003 Software currently unavailable" message.


    Someone needs to fix this!

    The subscription to access the other songs is called Just Dance Unlimited. What you purchased is different subscription that won't work with the game.

    Did you only purchase a Nintendo Switch Online Subscription?

    As TectonicB72 has correctly noted, you do require a Just Dance Unlimited subscription which is available under Passes in the E-Shop to access the extended catalogue.
