Didn’t get team rewards pack | Forums

This morning I went to claim my team reward pack for 2nd place. The pack showed up but as I clicked on it the screen cut back to the team panel and the pack was gone. Can I get this pack back? My in game id is badsegue.

Yeah the ninja is in special chars thats why i cant post it in here as the forum doesnt allow special chars

No problem at all, we have more than one way to look someone up. Can you send me a screenshot of your tracking ID? It can be found at the bottom of the Settings menu.
