    have same issue

    hi,
i bought the disc from ebay. i'm from israel.
if that's the case of having different regions between the disc and my ps account, what are my options?
can i change my ps account region to the one of the disc?

how can i determine my disc region from the disc's box?

I have the same problem. Unlimited subscription doesn't work and no support is available. What can we do?

Just Dance series is finished. Since Ubisoft is disbanded for all support, Just Dance 2020 contains one discontinued achievement. Gotta Get'em All.

JD Unlimited, transfer 2017 to 2020

Hello. I have an XBox One and purchased unlimited for JD 2017 a month ago. I recently bought the 2020 version and downloaded it from a disk. I want to have my JD Unlimited transfer to the 2020 version. How do it do it? I don't see an option or prompt in 2020 to do it. Many thanks!

From personal experience, it is not possible to change your PlayStation Account's store region, though it would be best to consult PlayStation Support for confirmation of this and to ask if they can assist you further.

On the back of your game box - at the bottom usually - you should see a half globe icon in a square, with a number in the upper-right corner. Region 1 for example covers Canada, the United States and U.S. territories, Region 2 covers Western Europe, Central Europe, Egypt, Japan, etc., Region 3 covers Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea and Taiwan, and so on with the other regions.

You will need to check which region your country of residence is part of, and then ensure that your PlayStation Store is set to the same location.

    Hello all,

If you are still experiencing issues with your Just Dance Unlimited subscriptions, please reach out to our team directly via a support case or a Live Chat. We will be happy to investigate further with you in private.

Please be sure to confirm the platform you are playing on, the period of the subscription that you have purchased, and also whether you encounter any error messages when trying to access the subscription.

    Hey DainaLove4392,

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling to link your Ubisoft Account to your Xbox account. I'd recommend performing our connectivity troubleshooting for Xbox One to try and address these issues in the first instance, and then trying to link your accounts again in-game.

If you have any other Ubisoft titles, you can try to link your account through those by accessing the Ubisoft Club and electing to link the two together. Please let me know if you are able to do so.

    Hey IrishWolfthorn,

Are you playing both games using the same Xbox Account that you purchased the JDU subscription on?

Per this article, you can access your Just Dance Unlimited subscription from any Just Dance title that supports this service. However, this needs to be on the same platform.
