Newbie Questions
I have purchased 12 months Unlimited for Just Dance 2020 on Xbox One. The game shows 365d left but when I try to open a song from Unlimited, the Xbox switches to the Ubisoft Club app and errors saying "To use this here, first remove another device. You're at your limit for the number of devices that you can use for apps and games from the Microsoft Store. To remove a device and use a new one, sign in at account.microsoft.com and go to Devices to manage your download devices. (0x803f81f5)"
I have been on to my Microsoft account and there are 6 devices (that I use) including this Xbox. I don't understand why it wants to add another one when it is already there. Any ideas?

This is a weird error. Please try restarting your Xbox One and see if it is resolved. If it still occurs, please reach out to our Support Team, so they can troubleshoot this with you.

Same Issue now 264days left
I have followed all advice online and still can not connect to Just Dance unlimited. it is showing 364days now. Who can help me resolve this please?

Have you also set up port forwarding for your console?
You can find the information of the ports you need to forward here.
If you have set up port forwarding and still having the same issue, can you set up a case on our support site and include an image clearly showing your ports forwarded.

Just dance unlimited cross console?
Hi I have two switch consoles and I'm considering to get just dance unlimited, but first I want to know if I can play just dance unlimited on my other console too.
When i had my trial pass, I could log in to my ubisoft account on the other switch account, so i could play it (not with the same game progress tho). Does this also works for actual just dance unlmited?

Hi luciany98! You would likely need to set the account and the console to the primary account/console in order the access Just Dance Unlimited on whichever console you're trying to use the subscription on.

Just Dance Unlimited doesn't work - PS4
Hello,
I have purchased a Just Dance 2020 physical disc which is working great. I have finished my 30 day free Unlimited trial that also worked great.
I have purchased a Just Dance Unlimited subscription from the PS store and have received my Paypal receipt by mail
When I launch the Just Dance 2020 game, I'm not able to use any Unlimited subscription content. When I do try, It leads me to the PS store to purchase the subscription again (And I'm not able to access the store from the game).
I have good internet connection.
I have power cycled my PS4.
I have tried restoring licenses
I've tried deleting and re-installing.
I have proof of purchase that I will send in private if needed.

Hey,
This issue is usually caused by having a wrong region disc for your PSN account.
If you have an EU PSN account, you need to have an EU region disc, or a digital copy of the game.
If you have a US PSN account, you need to have an US region disc, or a digital copy of the game.
If you do have a digital copy of the game and it's not working, please let us know.
If you are unable to determine the region of the code and game, please can you provide us an image of your game box and disc?

Just Dance 2020 Unlimited Dropping out
Unlimited worked fine when we were on the free trial and as soon as we purchased the 12 mth subscription all the unlimited songs are now buffering or not even working.

Just Dance Unlimited 2020 Freezing Up
We've been having trouble with Just Dance Unlimited freezing up consistently. Our internet connection is strong so we're not sure where the problem is or how to fix it. Do we need to upgrade anything with Ubisoft?
