This has been from day 1 that I played this game.
This is once of the Few trophys I need to the platinum and I can’t get it because its bugged
The counter in the game for the achivement its always CERO so even when I have 145 hr playing and I made 1135 Km Offroad (the achivement says 3219 Km to earn or reach this achivement) my counter its CERO.
And Im not the only once it is alot of people saying they have 2, 3 or more years trying this trophy and achivement in the game and it’s not fixed the issue
Please fix it.

If you see, I have done more than 2000 miles (more than 3219 Km) that is what the game ask for the Trophy, I have done 3221 Km and it still not popup, this is a lot of time and dedication to the achievement and trophy (I have more than 150 hrs playing the game).
By this time everyone should expect that UBISOFT had fixed or eradicated the issue, not say that “Our team is aware of this situation” okay FIX IT.
How you can see, I have been “Fan” for a lot of years and trough a lot of games that UBISOFT delivered to the marked, but all the time you managed to have BUGS, PROBLEMS, Etc, and this in particular is throwing my trust (and may be other players trust) in UBISOFT to the trash..
I’m not seeking or after for “an in-game goodwill gesture”, I´m telling you the game have a lot of issues and problems and Ubisoft says they COULD give something, in the same bugged game that have the problem, instead of fixing the issue; I want my hours and dedication for this game (and the Ubisoft games), be rewarded whit the promised Trophy of the game that is missing, that is my Trophy “Rough Terrain” to gain my platinum “King of the Road” Trophy.
it’s like you say “Sorry but not Sorry” we will not do anything because it’s hard and “complex issue”, better we throw you a little whatever to keep you down and quiet, UBISOFT made the game even if it´s complex you made the game, put the requirements to achieve the trophy’s, programed the game, etc, etc, and supposedly should know how to fix what you delivered wrong or bugged.
Help me fixing that bug and unlocking my trophy please, it´s the last one in the way to reach the platinum trophy.

Images can be added by pressing "Insert Image" when typing your comment, then you enter the website link to the image. Most players Imgur to upload their images but whatever works for you
I appreciate this issue is incredibly frustrating, however I'm very sorry to say our team are unable to fix this issue. Due to how Awards were implemented into the game, there was no viable solution and so we can only offer compensation.
We will always do our best to resolve all issues in our games. It is rare but possible that an issue cannot be fixed due to how the game was made.

Hello, my psn-profile tied to my ubisoft account is Milkyray. I have the exact same issue. 0% off road in the award screen; 1340km in the stats screen. I've been trying to increase the percentage by doing freedrive sessions and by doing the "off the beaten path" faction mission. (I have screenshots if needed.) All to no avail so far.
I tried contacting support, but the site tells me that due to covid19 only english live chat is available a paragraph above a message stating that live chat is unavailable at the moment. Since it is Christmas I will try again tomorrow.
I understand that you cannot update the progress on the award, since that is a difficult process. On other sites (psnprofiles.com) people told me that they could have their entire progress for the game wiped, so they could start fresh. I also understand that this is an option not to be taken lightly, but can we arrange for this to happen? Could I also unlink my ubi account so i can make a new one to the same end perhaps?
I have been playing for over 160 hours and would hate to have this game show as incomplete on my profile. How do i apply for said solution? I'm finishing up the other trophies I need as we speak, so there is no need to rush anything. I would greatly appreciate an answer to my questions though.

I appreciate you would like to discuss the possibility of resetting your progress, as it's not nice to see it incomplete. This is not something we are able to do, as it is all stored server-side outside of customer support's reach. From what I understand your progress is linked to your PlayStation account rather than your Ubisoft account, so a new Ubisoft account would not be a valid workaround.
The compensation we offer is our way of trying to make amends for this issue. We understand it is frustrating and due to how the awards system was designed, there is no way to override it.
