Skateboards and scooters, those are more residential / urban sports, not so much extreme outdoor sports.

I also want to add, if theres frozen lakes or lakes again for them to be useable with wakeboard / water ski system

Downhill longboarding would be an awesome add on! It is definitely not just an urban thing more of a mountain thing. Also maybe dirt boards!
