There are over 500 Unlimited songs. The 2020 season is over and my hips, back, neck, and knees are a little worn out. I'd like to find some dances that I can do occasionally before JD 2021 comes out to get some cardio exercise, where if I copy exactly what the coach does it won't wear out my hips, back, neck, and knees too much. So I'd like to avoid dances where the coach shakes or nods his/her head, where the hips thrust out to the side (even gently like they do in Talk), where the knees move rapidly (like Ma Itu) or bend too much (especially inward or the squats of Taki Taki; the outward lifts in Skibidi aren't a problem though that dance has hip thrusts that are), where the coach bends his/her back (a straight spine would be nice), and where there are jumps (like Bangarang). If I avoid all of this, are there any dances left? Good cardio exercise with the legs and arms would be great (without jumping), if the coach doesn't have moves that put a strain on the hips, back, neck, or knees. Can anybody think of anything that fits? (I guess I could do some of the dances and not quite copy everything the coach does, or I could just play music and come up with my own dances...)
