    [Progress Blocker]Could not interact/open waypoint door to continue past floor 36

    I just updated to the second wave of the PTS today, and started my first run after updating.
    While playing in the summit, we got to floor 36(started from 31) and encountered a bug that didn't allow us to progress forward into the next section of the floor.

    We could not interact with the door the waypoint pointed us to, so we could not open it. And thus, we ran into a show stopper bug preventing us from going any further because we could not advance past this door.





    When walking up to the door, there was no interact prompt. The UI that tells you to press a button to open the door did not show up when we approached the waypoint door.



    Here is an example of the prompt that was supposed to show up when you approach the waypoint door.


    As you can see in the first picture, there's no such prompt. Thus the door can't be opened.

    We tried moving in multiple directions, and various distances from the door to try to see if we could get the prompt to show up, and we pressed buttons to get it to open without the prompt. No success.

    We tried hitting the door, shooting the door, using skills on the door, using grenades on the door. No success.

    We scanner the area with pulse just to make sure there werent any enemies hiding and we seen none, the minimap didn't detect any enemies in our area. We ran around the room and the previous hallways for other doors to interact with, or to find enemies, or any objectives we might have missed and had no success.
    At this point we had to exit and start over.


    This never happened in the numerous times i've ran the summit in the first release of the summit on PTS.
    I've only ran the summit once since updating to the newest version on the PTS, wave 2, and thats when I encountered this bug.

    If I run into this bug again in any subsequent runs, I will update this thread.

    Can't advance to the next area.

    We just defeated the True Sons on floor 68 and the door to the next area is not interactable. This glitch has occurred a few times already on other floors.

    Dre_G_Writer and Maplestruck - Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to us!

    When looking further into this, I found a reported issue whereby an enemy was spawning under the floor / on a previous floor, preventing progression. When the issue was attempted to be reproduced, even killing the enemy in question did not allow the doors to open and the objective to update.

    I can see in your screenshots that the objective was still reading as "clear the floor", so I'm wondering if something similar may have happened in your cases?

    Dre_G_Writer, you mentioned using the Pulse skill to check for enemies in your area; did you check the whole floor, and look to previous floors just in case? Can you clarify what sort of floor layout you were playing through as well? Was it a server room type floor? Maplestruck, did you try using the Pulse skill at any time to check for hidden enemies?
