    Can't matchmake for summit anymore

    If i try to matchmake for summit it instead just reloads the entire thing as if was changing world tiers, only option to matchmake was answering calls

    I mean it's pretty obvious and easy to spot not sure why you would needa video of menus and loadings

    Hey xcel30! Thanks for providing this video as requested. It really does help the devs to understood the exact nature of the issue you're experiencing and how it manifests itself in-game.

    Has this issue occurred more than once? Have you heard of any other players experiencing this issue?

    This is what happens if i try to matchmake at all for summit, so yeah i tried closing the game and opening a later date and still happened

    Thanks for letting me know, xcel30. It may be worth giving our connectivity troubleshooting for The Division 2 on PC a try, in case there is a local issue affecting your ability to matchmake. Let me know if the completion of all of those steps makes a difference?

    Oh, as you can see it' the option that is literally doing something else entirely, not that matchmaking is giving me error, is that the entire option of matchmaking is working instead as a mission reset

    Oh, I understand what you mean fully, xcel30 - don't worry! My suggestion to complete the troubleshooting was so that, while the team are investigating, we can try to rule out its cause relating to an inability to connect to other players effectively.
