    Hey,

    Is this an error you are having in Steam or in Uplay?

    If it's a Steam error, you should contact their support.

    If it's a Uplay error, you need to be on the same account that bought the game on Steam and the same Ubisoft account you linked the game to originally.

    UBI-Frogged, can somebody who owns Anno 1800 through the Ubisoft store, activate an ornaments pack that was gifted to them in the Steam store?

    Hey, apologies for the delay.

    This would not work, I'm sorry to say. Ubisoft games & extra content should all be activated within the same launcher, otherwise there will be compatibility issues.
