I also agree. For me the look of it was to familiar. No windows. No outdoor areas. no office building look. Just boring. No color. Just dark. All the time. It needs some retouching for sure. And More loot. It should start off with a story mode first, where Every 10 floors there should be a hunter, a boss and a cut scene telling us about what happend along with echoes and commendations to do. There should be side missions, Where you need to maybe look for fuses open crates, turn something on or shoot something out or look for special keys like the raids. There also should be different modes. Like time trial. Or only use shotguns or the possibility of each player needing to wear a certain gear (healer, skill, despite, etc)Something that makes it worth while to play. Lastly, better loot drops. I have so many ideas but I hope the development can see this. And postpone the summit. Im excited for it to happen. But not like this. Maybe in another month.

I dont think there will be a delay or a postpone of summit. With Summit and season 3+4, devs got time until 16th march 2021...which is the last day of season 4....
Since the last week of the season isnt really a thing.... the final date for season 4 and the narrative ending of Div2 would be between the 02.03-09.03.2021....which would perfectly fit in the announcement sequence for all Division games so far.
If this will be correct, div2 will end like div1...with a year of classified gearsets...something like a global event...and thats it

This will take resources away from all of the other balancing and fixing that needs to go on with the game. The idea of the Summit is to take an already abused player base that is on edge and release a half-baked pile of recycled content under the idea of replay-ability that no one really believes. Probably not the best way to breathe life into the game. There are only so many heavily discounted sales that are going to expand the player base.

The train wreck is coming September 22 and it doesn't take any great vision to see it.
The Summit is nowhere near a trash product to give up. It's better to release it and cancel support, than to kill it completely.

I played all the Legendary content and had a lot of fun at it, I will definitely use this mode to farm way more than any other method, specially if they improve farming at TU 11.1 which they did confirm.
You could argue that the Raid is just for a few players, so they should have canceled the second raid instead of releasing it.
You can say any **** you want, and sound cool.

The mode is not even out yet, many people enjoyed it already, so what will happen is a finished product at 22nd, and those that dislike it can keep crying and asking for improvements, which is what these people should do, however I don't want this mode to be delayed because of bla bla bla on the internet.
This legendary content is already my favorite mode on the entire game. I have more than 1000 hours since WoNY, and most of it is because of Legendary missions. So having randomized legendary is my dream.
I've seen many players everywhere on the internet that enjoy this mode, so it better be released.

And again, even if it fails, it's better to be there, than to be removed, like Kenly College that comes back every now and then, it hurts no one, it gives devs no issues or troubles. If it fails just let it there and stop improving it.
To be honest, I believe College should get a revamp, to make it replayable. Its cheaper to do that, than to create something new. Summit is nowhere near bad like the college, and it is a really good place right now. All this negativity around your comments is not the representation of the entire community, of course (just like Reddit is far from representing the entire community), and what matters is: will it be used for months? yeah, I do think it will, it has a lot of potential, and a content like this has been asked by the community since the release of the game.

How do I edit my post?

anyway, let's not forget the programming side of the Summit. They might have done it in a way that is super reusable and easy to change or add to it, which means they might have spent a lot of dev time just making it in a way that will be easy o maintain and change, so in the future they can easily add new stuffs to it without much effort.
So telling me to cancel it because a few people dislike it sounds like a terrible decision.

Its just much easier to change it and improve it, which might not be a hard task for them.

I'd actually love a revamp of Kenly College to give players a reason to go there. Do something interesting there with targeted loot, do something interesting with the achievement/medal stuff, add some activities to make it replayable and interesting instead of what amounts to "The Division: Tower Defense." It's a cool area that's let down by monotonous content and no reason to ever visit it after the first time through.
