Hi,

I have attached a video to showcase the problem.

The start up animation is unusually choppy, parts or the entire screen is flickering, the textures for the roofs of the buildings are missing. All the slider settings are also set to its lowest at every launch though this may only be visual since the brightness actualy is not at its lowest. After the first launch of the game on this PC I changed the resolution (brightness was normal) and upon second launch the brightness díd go to its lowest though, I rose it and it hasn't changed since.


PC specs:

Win 10 (64-bit)
Intel i7-4600U
Intel HD graphics
8GB RAM

I understand my PC won't run the game super smoothly but I think it shóuld be able to run it without problems, no?

I'm sorry that the game isn't running well on your system, The video you have uploaded is private instead of unlisted, so I cannot view it. Could you change this for me?
