(No, I'm not the "official" part...)
I know folks around here have been concerned and antsy about the game's situation, whether it's died or not, etc. Well, put on your Professor Farnsworth glasses because Good News, Everyone! The game's new creative director, Elisabeth Pellen, has a few words for you:

The short of it: Game is not dead, and they're planning to finally show the game again what sounds like sometime next year. It sounds like the game has undergone a significant vision shift / evolution, so when that re-reveal finally comes, expect to see something different from what you've seen in the past—and, it sounds like, something bigger than what you've seen in the past, too.
Tanks for keeping us always informated with the news Flawbringer in my opinion you se em to be the best informed but anyway if Ubi do another Ubisoft Foward 2021 where do you tink that it will be the month chosen? And chosing that month when it could release.
Exemple Ubi Foward happend in January and the game release in April
I don't have anything to base this on other than a speculative hunch, but if I were putting money on it, my expected timeline looks like this:Originally Posted by ptgate Go to original post
- March 2021, re-unveiling of S&B in its new form, with some trailers/demo stuff.
- June 2021, S&B details at E3 (assuming E3 happens; if not, then it'll be some Ubisoft staged online event)
- August 2021, closed beta.
- October 2021, release.
Again, I have nothing to base that on other than guesswork on my part and a general feel for Ubisoft's pacing/scheduling of promotions and releases in the past. But if I were going to put some money down on it, that's what I'd predict.
I think we all need to sit back and see what COVID brings upon us and with the winter months rapidly approaching in the northern hemisphere this could bring a significant telling on whether the game is delayed further or whether it gets shelved and doesn't continue at all (fingers crossed, hope not).
Singapore is a country like maimi- its always hot and sticky according to google. It just varies how hot it is. Even if they had a winter- it would be like winter in texas USA- nothing. THEY NEVER GET SNOW OR COLD- except for one exception where they got 1cm because god went to hell for a day and earth stopped working.Originally Posted by ptgate Go to original post
Getting bad cold weather there is like getting a thunderstorm in the Sahara dessert. They have no excuses for delays due to weather
Your a genius but your also a torturer because now i am angry that they wasted all this time. And that i had to wait. MAN!! oh well. I will play it when it is outOriginally Posted by deboned Go to original post
