    Ubisoft ignores me

    Ubisoft,I have sent my advice to you so many times. But you have never given me a
    direct answer.Although I am a normal player,I think you should listen my request seriously. I am so disappointed with Ubisoft. I have just a simple request - please add Chinese subtitles for Far Cry 4 of the Ps4 version. You have done it for the Pc version,so I think it is not a difficult thing to do that again. We Ps4 players really need Chinese to let us play this game easilier. More people will buy this game after you add Chinese subtitles. It is even a good thing to you. But when I told it to Hong Kong Ubisoft last month,they told me that they would send my advice to Ubisoft directly.After 3 weeks ,there is still no Chinese subtitles. I told them that but they didn't give me a direct answer. I send my message to Ubisoft forum. Only one guy called Ubi-Litten replied me,but now I can't
    contact him and he still given me no direct answer. Oh.,Ubisoft!Is it too difficult to give me a direct answer?I just want you guys to do the thing what you have done again. I feel sad and angry for your arrogance.

    Dear Ubi-Baron,I'm Ubisoft's loyal player and I just want you to add Chinese subtitles for Far Cry 4 of the ps4 version.Your answer always is that we have sent your advice to the team who is responsible or this is a old game so we need time for this. So I want to ask you more questions.Does my advice really work? What can I do to let it work faster? How can I help you to finish it? I really want to play Far Cry 4 on Ps4 with Chinese subtitles. You said that it is a old game so we usually don't update. But you have added Chinese subtitles for the Pc version after 4 years. Why we Ps4 version can not have this? It is unfair.We spend the money for this game but we can't have the same service. Even Far Cry 3 have Chinese subtitles on Ps4.It is not a funny joke. I want you to know that how I like Ubisoft. But a long long time later,my advice still has not finished. I am so disappointed for this. Which level of Ubisoft do you feedback?Please give me direct answers for my questions.

    Dear UbiDork,thanks for you reply. Although you said you can definitely share my feedback to the development team,there must have a direct time. When my request will be done? If the team agreed my advice and prepared to develop,they must have a plan about when they would do that. You guys work in Ubisoft couldn't have no message about this. Please explain my question and give me the the direct time.

Here on the forums, as Social Support, Ubi-Baron and myself work to assist players with passing along feedback, suggestions, working to resolve player issues such as game freezes, crashes, and other technical support related items. With that said, I'm unable to give you a time, date, or information on what plans may or may not be enacted. The best I can share is that if these suggestions or the feedback is used, we will share them publicly with the entire player base either via forums or our social media.

    UbiDork,thanks for you reply again. I understand what you have said. Although I am glad for you help,my request hasn't finished either. In a movie called the Shawshank Redemption,the character wanted the library to notice him,so he sent a letter every day. Finally, the library solved his problem after 1 year. I am the person who love Ubisoft and never give up.Before Far Cry 4 of the PS4 version has Chinese subtitles,I will send my advice to you twice a week. And please give me the messages for Far Cry 4 if you know something new. Thanks a lot.

However, please know that continued submissions of the same feedback, suggestion, or request will not hurry the review process on the side of our game development. I surely hope that your feedback is reviewed with haste and that you see mentions of it publicly, however I cannot guarantee that this will be done. Thank you for your understanding, and please know that duplicate threads will be closed to ensure that the forum is available for other players to be able to be heard for technical issues. Player feedback should be directed here as well.

    Hello,Dear Ubi.I have sent you a lot of letters but my problem is still unsolved.I know you need time to prepare and it will not be faster
    because of sending my letters to you again and again.But I have only this way.I sent my message to the Hong Kong Ubisoft but they had no ideas
    and they finally said I can put my message on the Ubisoft forums.Although I have sent my messages ,it is still unsolved.I have a just little request, do what you have done for PC again.There has Chinese subtitles for Far Cry 4 on PC but not for PS4.Why we PS4 players can not have this service?There has a lot of people play Ubisoft's games on PS4 in Hong Kong.We spent the same money but why we can not have the same service?It is unfair for all of us.My friends and the people in China forums told me that Ubisoft is a big company so they will not listen to you advice.But I really want to play Far Cry 4 of the PS4 version with Chinese subtitles.If you do not update for PC,I will not have this idea.But you have
    done it already so I think it is not difficult for you guys.There will be more people buy Far Cry 4 beacouse of you updating.Please update Far Cry 4 of the PS4 version or tell me a better way about sending my advice directly to Ubisoft .
    ps:I really want to put my letter on Far Cry 4 forums but there is no people who wanted to reply to me
