    Division 2 Season Pass purchase issue

    Hi

    Recently purchased the season pass but this has not activated in game. Anyone know how to fix this? Tried technical support but not luck reaching anyone

    Hi Yes I’m still not able to access the season pass in-game. I’ve tried the other platforms for support but no luck any assistance will be appreciated.

    Did you already reach Level 40 and complete the WoNY campaign? Both are mandatory to be able to join a season.

    If yes, did you enter the reward track of the season and try to activate your premium track from there? Usually once bought it's being activated from this screen (and if can recall it correctly it should be stated on the screen somewhere what button to press, possibly press and hold Y or something like that...).
