Suggestion for Belstone Armory - Perfect Bloodsucker backpack talent

The Perfect Carry named backpack has a Perfect Bloodsucker talent that grants 12% bonus armor for 10s (vs 10% on regular bloodsucker). This talent is already borderline useless on group heroics due to the "on kill" requirement, especially on missions where enemies spread out.

Instead of buffing the amount of bonus armor, increase the duration of that bonus armor - e.g. 12s instead of 10s.

I agree. It is an amazing talent when it comes to solo play.
But in groups, it becomes a race for getting a kill first to fully utilize it's potential.

I say 15s, give me a reason to consider the Perfect version instead of the non-Perfect.

2% more BA, means I'll only use it in a niche build that calls for Belstone already. More time, means I might try to work it into other builds.

I agree, this 2% buff is useless...

The entirety of perfected talents need to be reworked. Minor percentage buffs aren't doing anything game changing.

Look at the Gift of another perfect (pun intended) example. 1 second difference is ALL that separates it. Needs 1 second AND 5%. There's not much reason to grind for 1 second difference really.

On kill needs to be addressed. It negates a lot of group play items...

Kills should count towards the talent, if you HIT the target, and the target dies.
So, i shoot the target, my friend finishes him of. I get the buff.

I believe, massive has already did that with Global event counting. They should do the same with on kill talents and Armor on kill. So if you hurt the target for at least 1%, it's death will be counted

agree that alot of the on kill should also count if a buddy shot the last bullet.
But just spraying and get the "kill" on all of em aint right so maybe add a timer (all npc's hit withing 1 sec when the died counts) or a setain % dmg dealt at least to count.
