    Tricep Knee-Pushup vs and Knee-Pushup

Does anyone know the difference between the exercises?
I don't see a difference when watching the trainer for either of these exercises or I'm missing some subtlety that makes all the difference.

Of course, as is normal for Ubi, there is no explanation as to how the exercise should be performed; but I guess this goes hand in hand with the way they over explain things sometimes like in the cardio boxing.

Yes, there is a difference between normal Push Ups and Tricep Push Ups.
For the normal Push Up you put your hands at least shoulder width apart on the floor. The fingers are facing forward and should be spread apart slightly. It is important that the hands are in a vertical 90 degrees line to your shoulders, so that the chest muscle is trained properly.
For the Tricep Push Up, rotate your hands about 45 degrees inwardly, spread your fingers, then put your hands below the center of your breast on the floor and do your Push Ups. You will FEEL the difference. A very good demonstration you can find here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ReiFDIdQ4i4.
The Knee Push Ups are the lighter variant of the normal Push Ups.

    Thanks for the info K1200GTRED.

So, if I understand correctly, for the triceps I should do what the guy in the video was doing with the triangle under the chest and for the knee pushups, I should treat them like a regular push up, with my hands under my shoulders.

For the knee push-ups you keep your knees on the floor and only push-up from the knees up. While during regular push-ups you push your whole body up from the toes. The knees push-up is meant to be easier than the regular push-up. There actually four types of push-ups in YSFE 2012. Knee Push-up, Knee Triceps Push-up, Push-up and Triceps Push-up. The first two are the easier versions of the second two.

I think the Triceps Push-up is more like the one shown after the triangle push-up in the video.

Sorry, I did not explain the difference well enough. NanoParticle is right, that the first shown push-up in the video is a Triangle Push Up. The Triangle Push Up is a more strenuous form of triceps push-up. Maybe this video shows it better: http://www.ehow.com/video_4971772_do-proper-pushup.html.

@K1200GTRED, that is a great video. I think the demos given, correspond more to the way the exercise is supposed to be done in the game, rather than the way it was demonstrated in the other demo video. Thanks for your help with the exercises.
