TU11 PTS - Armour Regeneration bug, or intended?

All tests were done on my 50k armour regen/s buid.

    Bleed stops armour regeneration, completely.

The new SMG stops armour regeneration when you reload and bleed.

The new exotic chest-piece stops players from regenerating armour also, just by shooting them and applying bleed.

From skill tier 0-1, all skills that apply bleed stop armour regeneration completely. All skill tiers above 1 start to decrease the amount of regeneration gained. The lower your skill tier, the higher the effect. Skill tier 6 with trauma doesn't stop armour regeneration but using trauma chest-piece talent at skill tier 1 and 0 does.

This has to be the weirdest thing ever. I understand if there is a new mechanic that hasn't been mentioned in the notes, that can be used to stop a player from regenerating armour, but this just seems like a un-intended bug. Without armour regen this game would be rough for solo players, it's already easy to deal with as with most armour regeneration builds, players lack a lot of damage compared to your average DPS build. But now a player can simply use the exotic chest-piece, or any given talent and skill that applies bleed to completely remove the reason for your build.

I hope this is a bug and will be fixed. It's PTS so I'm stating this now but I'm a lot of videos will come out explaining in further detail.

I remember this being originally the case then being reworked into making armor regen passive at all times, so i would definetly make a bug report
