    No character voices bug

    Hello

Every time a character speaks, there are only subtitles and no sound.
However background sounds and music are there.

Please help me as this is very annoying.

    Thank you

Hello, I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

If you listen very closely, can you hear voices at all? I'm curious whether there is 0 voice audio, or perhaps the audio is imbalanced.

This doesn't appear to be a known issue, we can try to tackle this with some troubleshooting.

    Please try re-installing the game.

If after a re-installation you are still facing the same issue, it could be related to a corrupt save file. You could try a new save to check if the same issue occurs there.

    I hope that helps!

    Hello

Thank you for replying to my message. I didn’t played until now so sorry for my late response.

So I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. The bug is still here.

Sometimes ts just Haytham that have no sounds when he speaks, sometime it’s other people.

Starting a new save would take time to see if it is a corrupt save, as I didn’t had that bug at the beginning of the game...

    Hello,

I just started a new save.
Now there is no narration voice straight from the beginning.

What can I do please ? Thanks

And just to make it clear : there are music in the background and subtitles are playing, but no voice.

Ok i think I finally got it to work !

I have a sound system which comprise Left Center and Right speakers, so I turned the sound mode on my amp to Multi Channel In. But that is not the right option. I turned it to Multi Channel Stereo and now I hear everything !
